We drove a hour and a half to see a car and to see Rico ... Neither one was there... Total waste of our time... The cars that they did have looked to be junkyard cars .. SO BEWARE!!!

I think these guys are square. You might find a good price on a decent car here.

Some cars are over priced, you ask a question they answer with we are just given the cars to sale, we don't know what's wrong with them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE...I purchased this car for my son and everything worked fine during the test drive, Engine was clean and running smoothly that is until I purchased the car. During the drive home the car cut completely off while driving on the hwy and wouldn't restart. It would not turn over just floated until it stopped. That could have easily been a car wreck (safety). We put gas in the car, tried to give it a boost called in mechanics to look at it and nothing. The gear shift locked up and wouldn't move. We hadn't had the car 30 minutes and this is what happened!!!! I called and texted Paniagua of East Ridge and no response. We then had the car towed back to the dealership to return the car. The store manager refused to refund the money or even look at the car. He stated "it worked while it was on the lot". He knew he sold us a lemon from the start. He dressed it up very well. My son is 18 years old he works a full time job, and is in school. He doesn't have money to just give away and he needs reliable transportation to get to work and school. Paniagua to complete advantage of him and refuses to be held accountable. One would think Paniagua would honor what they sell and have the decency to do right by their customers but obviously that is not the case here. Do not deal with this Dealership in EastRidge or their partners of Cleveland or Dalton in any form. They are unprofessional and abusers. They obviously gave a false CARFAX because there is no way a car with a clean car fax won't work after 30 minutes. He now responds and lies about what I said. I never said we're good I don't need it. You stated you didn't know what the extended warranty covers it's all different

Horrible experience, the cars are messed up but they won’t tell you. Most cars need to be jumped off just for a test drive! They are liars!!!

I bought a 2012 Volkswagen Passat. Put 2,500 in fixing itDon’t buy from this dealer.Car issues:-Battery was dead-Alternator needed to be replaced-Check engine light came on after purchase-Paint is painted on TAPE-Multiple lights were out-Map sensor needed replaced-running rich could smell gasMost of these problems didn’t come up in the test drive, and after 20m of driving dealer wouldn’t take car back, dealer states “no you can only tradefor another vehicle”Dealership issues:-he lied about if the vehicle got serviced-he stated the car was a 2015 and got 40mpgUpdate: 7/26/23ASC Warranty didn't cover any of my car engine problems either. Also said he'd front money towards the battery but never got that soo...

Was willing to deal with their exorbitant prices because they were located so close. Filled out a loan app and the only correspondence I received was a text with a picture of a computer screen that said “declined” Real professional place.Would also like to add after business’s response of typical fashion-complete avoidance and irresponsibility- I don’t have a problem with being declined a loan. I do however have a problem with your business’s complete lack of professionalism or anything resembling customer service. The constant defensive and unprofessional responses to all negative reviews is enough indication to me of how your potential customers are treated. Do better.

Went to check out a car that I was interested in . Guy told my an outrageous number for the car ($7200.00) cash . Body and interior damaged , also the car wouldnt start to test drive .Told a friend about the car and where it was . Turns out if you're a certain culture , you buy get cars for $1500 less . I honestly didn't believe my buddy at first . Proof was in the pudding. He was offered to buy the car for 5300.00 out the door . This isn't the way to treat people. I do recall hearing this rumor before years ago . Shame on this stealership

Purchased a Land Rover 2008 for a great price under blue book value! After dealing with bad experiences at other car lots and high prices, it was a relief to be able to walk in get good service and be able to drive home in my new vehicle the same day.

They buy the cars at auto auction they told me, so I would reccomend paying extra and getting the Warranty on whatever you buy. They just clean them and put them on the lot, no mechanic to look over first or even put oil in if it needs it. It would have been $900 for warranty for reference on our $8000 purchase... and I wish we had.. Not sure what warranty exactly would cover, but hopefully something like this. Check engine light came on two 1/2 days after purchase and it was the catalytic converter. $1200-2,500 to fix, depending if we use after market parts which are notoriously unreliable. Also the O2 sensors. We did have valvoline look over the car on test drive BEFORE purchase, but since check engine light was not on (then) and everything else looked good...we went for it. Hopefully more wont be seriously wrong after we fix this. UPDATE. Ac now also is not working. A new compressor will be close to 2k. This is thursday and we bought the car monday. We have now had Valvoline check it twice in three days amd going for a third for AC today. We have had an oil change, replaced FOUR lights that were out and replaced litterally moldy windsheild wipers for $179. .It is a roll of the dice buying a used vehicle, this time we lost. MAKE SURE you check over the car you buy extremely well AND pay for that warranty and ask exactly what it would cover and how it would work(how long to wait for payment to place that fixes car, what car problems it would cover ect.) Be specific and try to save yourself any future probs. Good luck.
