This is the better location on Ringgold rd. The staff is nice and they actually have your medicine and don't make you wait 6 hours to tell you they don't have it.

Go to a different pharmacy. Their inability to accurately fill prescriptions has harmed my health. I cannot stress enough, do not go here.

A lot of times told the prescription isn't there or has it been called in when in fact it is. They just don't take the time to check. My wife leaves thinking they know what they're talking about only to find out the prescription is there. They just don't take the time to do their job and find it. Our time means something to us.

3 stars because the pharmacist do there best to work with what they have but zero stars to the Walgreens corporation. You should be ashamed to not help your staff and not keep there stuff updated and fixed properly so they can give people the care they need. Do better and treat your employees better than this.

The pharmacists here are very rude I ask for help with an at home Covid test and they told me they couldn’t help me bc it wasn’t their test, so I got one of “their”test thinking now they well help me well no absolutely not, they told me no rudely. Also they messed up my prescription and I had to wait over 30 minutes to get it. Horrible place!!

I came here to pick up a prescription and ask for help with an at home Covid test, they said they couldn't help bc it wasn't their test, so I bought one of their tests thinking they would be able to physically help me, well no they literally told me no they could not. Not to mention they messed up my prescription 3 times, and i am still sitting here waiting and it's been over 30 minutes. Horrible place and horrible pharmacists.

We went there for passport photos. Patrick was rushing everything, apparently he had more important things to do. He took few pictures and I told him I will need to see and like before he prints, my da7ggtervwas next and he didn't even tell her to move glasses, I had to take them off quick. When looking at pictures he started cropping first one, I said I did not like it, he ignored comment and proceeded with cropping, same thing with daughter picture, I'll be returning mine, and will check with post office if daughter picture good or can be rejected. Terrible service.

This pharmacy opens to late on Saturday and see now they are closed on Sunday. One of my prescriptions can only be filled after 30 days and I need it filled that day. Hope it don’t need to be filled on a Sunday. It closes to early also. I need to change pharmacies, but I have to let my doctor change it because they can’t transfer my prescription. Lack of help I suppose. I like this pharmacy.

Unfortunately, I have had nothing but a terrible experience from the pharmacy here. As someone who worked in a pharmacy for a while, I have a ton of sympathy for pharmacy workers. I know they deal with a lot. With that being said though, their customer service and communication skills are highly lacking. My daughters medication (for an antibiotic) was out of stock. No call. No text. Nothing. No communication from them letting me know. My daughter had to wait three days without her antibiotic until I finally asked them to transfer the prescription elsewhere. I asked why I was not notified and they said because my information was not in her file. I get that. But I’ve told them on three separate occasions that I am her mother, and to add my information to her file.Unfortunately, that’s not the only issue I’ve had from them. I’ve been treated terribly as a patient on several occasions. My insurance makes me use Walgreens, so I finally transferred everything to a different location. No one should have to suffer from lack of communication.

The Pharmacy is great. The Store Manager at this location should be fired. Extremely rude to customers. He should be working a construction job or a on a loading dock. People skills, as a manager are essential tools to possess. As a result, they just lost me as a customer. I will take my many thousands of dollars a year account elsewhere. I'm sure it won't bother the manager.
