I needed 4 tires for my old Dodge pickup. Brendon found me 10 ply tires at a reasonable price. I dropped off the truck and it was done that day. With the old tires, I could drive 40-45 mph as the steering wheel was shaking so badly. With the new tires I can drive 65 mph no shaking. I like to spend my dollars locally if I can. Good service, good prices. Highly recommended!

Called the evening before needing a oil change, I was over more than 2,000 miles & they told me to swing by the next morning @ 8:30. They got me in & out very quick! Great bunch of employees

My wife and I moved to East Tennessee last year and we were in need of a reliable and honest auto repair shop. Brendan and the staff are the best..we have brought both our vehicles a few times and have been very pleased. You will not find a more honest shop and their technicians are top notch...don't waste your time or money going anywhere else.

Got a nail in my tire and googled tire shop and this location looked legit. Website said closed at 5:30 got there and doors locked up tight at 5:10. ?

Best Mechanics AroundWe have been bringing our vehicles to A1 Auto Care since we moved to Tennessee. Their service is great. They are friendly and efficient. They will NOT try to sell services or parts you don’t need. They work hard to find what you need at the best price.I appreciate their customer service. I was waiting there once for my car to be worked on when a young fellow came in. He had probably never been to an auto service place before, and wanted specific tires for his car. He had the idea that they would have every tire anyone would ever need. The technician told him they would have to order the tires and have them delivered the next day. When he told them he only had the day off, and wouldn’t be able to come back that week, the tech called around and hound the tires he needed, sent a mechanic to get them, and had them on the car in less than 2 hours. He never once spoke condescendingly or irritatedly at the young customer, but treated him as well as anyone could want. They really go out of their way to provide A1 service.
