“Fairly new bank, so the building is very good condition. Convenient location just off the strip and beside Food City. It would be nearly impossible to cross all lanes of traffic during most of the day. Very busy road that comes to major intersection just after the bank going east.”

“I am updating my review. I gave them 1 star originally, because they are closed Saturdays, my PIN didn't work, and there's no weekend customer service number. In other words, no way to access my money when I really needed to. Very upsetting.The staff, however, are very friendly and professional. Luckily I have other accounts I could use.”
