Wasted 20 minutes of my time. I took a can of paint and a color sample card to a customer rep. I then walked away to browse in the store while the color was mixed. After about 20 minutes, I returned to get my paint. The customer rep was sitting in front of a computer, chatting with his buddies. When he saw me, he said the program wouldn't load, then he walked away from the counter and came back and told me my gallon of paint was going to cost me $11 more than the price that was on the can. Such a disappointing and frustrating experience.
