CVS is a pharmacy that offers COVID-19 testing for eligible individuals, including lab and rapid tests where available. Tests are limited and may experience delays due to high demand. Customers often find the staff helpful and willing to assist with questions or prescriptions, with some employees going above and beyond to help. The store generally provides a positive shopping experience, with employees showing kindness and helpfulness. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the store's lunch break policy, which can lead to refused services, such as vaccines, if staff are about to close. Despite this, there are employees who genuinely care about customers, though their presence may vary. Overall, CVS is appreciated for its helpful staff and convenience, though service availability can sometimes be affected by operational policies.
CVS pharmacy employees are so rude most of the time! They don't try to help with any problem you have getting your prescriptions refilled. One would think since the other CVS in Elizabethton was closed they'd try to be more helpful, etc. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone😳😳

The automated call in line is terrible. The way you guys used to have it was great but now i have to repeat myself over and over again with this one. On top of that I have had to call back the next day to redo it cause the first time didn't work even though it said it did. This happens almost every time!
