It was a little bit of a smaller store, but it was well organized and arranged. Everything was easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are still plenty of selections to choose from, and they have the newest games in stock.

I bought Tony hawks pro skater 1+2 remaster, it was kind-of over priced but when I got home it didn't tast right. I tried putting ketchup on it but it didn't help. Please try to sell better tasting games

The manager, Audra?, if I heard correctly is extremely helpful. Every time I walk out of this store I have more than I need and she has somehow found a way to save me money. Very grateful to have a reliable GameStop in Elizabethton!

absolutely horrible service. tell me how you work at a gamestop and not know what games you can sell to a 17 year old. asked for dark souls for the nintendo switch and told me because i wasnt 18 i couldnt buy it even though the rating for the game is Teen. never going here again youre absolutely horrible at your jobs.

Garret personally facilitated issues between my trade in being botched at the Johnson city (mall) location. He’s personable, knowledgeable and even took it upon himself to deliver the proper system to me from another store on his off day. Left very satisfied and after an enjoyable conversation. Erin, the floor worker in Elizabethton was a great help as well as she assisted communication between me and Garret and another store, was always kind and helpful, and was also enjoyable to speak with. Thank you guys. If I ever need GameStop service it’ll be out here.

It’s a GameStop, they’re not gonna give you much for your trade in, but that’s come to be expected. Everybody in there seems nice enough and they have a good selection.

Place is a rip off !!!they used to give you good deals for the items you bring in. now they are just another GameStop , I bought a 50 dollar game didn’t like it after two days then they offered me 15 dollars they lost mine and my family’s business also they guy in the front was a total d—k
