Hayworth Tire & Auto Service in Elizabethon is highly praised for its exceptional customer service and efficient tire installation. Customers feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as they enter the shop, thanks to the friendly staff who make sure everyone is taken care of. The service is noted for being quick and accurate; many customers report having all four tires mounted and balanced in just 45 minutes. The shop stands out for its attention to detail, such as hand-torquing lug nuts instead of using impact guns, ensuring that tires are perfectly balanced with no vibrations at any speed. In addition to tires, Hayworth Tire & Auto Service offers a range of services including alignments, suspension work, and oil changes, all at reasonable prices. Customers appreciate the staff's willingness to go the extra mile, such as driving to a local store to assist with a lug nut. Many recommend the business for its kindness, knowledge, and reliability, making it a go-to choice for tire and auto services in the area.
Fast and affordable with extremely friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend big brand tire over any other tire service.
