It’s not a terrible bank, however they are difficult to work with. Between there app being about as dated as it gets, too not being able to call and talk to a robot when no one’s there. Those two things have made my life increasingly more difficult. Imagine getting paid on Saturdays and having to stress about not having the ability to pull out money for rent because your card won’t exceed a hundred dollars. This bank is extremely frustrating to deal with.

Great bank, I've used this bank for many years and the customer service as well as the help is always great. I've used many other banks in my travels but always keep an account here because they're able to take care of their customers even out of state.

I love the branch on 19-E and the one behind Elizabethton high is also good to go to. I usually have a great experience with this bank and have banked here for over six years. Today, however, I dealt with the rudest woman ever at the one behind the high school. Never in my life have I dealt with anyone rude at this bank. I left there and went to the one on 19-E and there was no problem. I think I will go there until that woman leaves or I can deal with someone else.

Stephanie Grindstaff helped our son get his first car purchase on his own. She went above & beyond to make sure he got in the vehicle he wanted. She is truly there for the members of the credit union!

I have never had so many issues with a credit union before. Like most they have a daily limit for transactions which is fine, except they don't tell you they also have an "offline limit" which is usually set to zero. And they ha e offline time EVERY night around midnight sometimes lasting about 2 hours. So if you have a night shift and need gas at 12:30 i hope you brought cash. When i called and complained about not being told i was told they wont change the limit till my next review for limits which was in 4 months from that time. Then there was the time my card was locked by mistake on a sat. They are open via drive thru on sat, so went to discuss it and ended up having to go back 3 times and still had to come back mon cus "we just cant do that on a saturday". Also found out they have no billing protection for things like double billed etc. They told me they could dispute fraud, but not a double billing. Have since switched banks to one that i can use my card anytime of day, can actually fix issues ANYTIME they are open, and has the proper billing dispute protections that pretty much all credit unions and banks have. The staff are very nice and i hold none of this against them, but some big policy changes need to be made.
