Employees at this location are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciate that they have the QR/barcode reader for amazon returns and prepaid labels. The only negative is the tight parking lot.

Is closed at random times and days due to staffing issues so always call to see if they're open before going to the store or you may end up wasting your gas and time. They should update their operational hours on Google maps so it will reflect if they decide close down for a weekend. Keeping the customer informed means more than sticking a sheet of paper on the door.

Amazon and UPS are not on the same page. Amazon says free return, free shipping, but if in the tiiiiny print it says "customer packed", then you better bring it in a package that UPS likes or be prepared to buy one of their products or forget about your "free return". Confusing and poor customer service, with an attitude. Sadly that is the norm now.

The site makes it seem like there is a notary present at location. I went all the way there and the owner was not there with the notary. They actually told me the owner has 3 other business and can’t be here all the time. Then don’t advertise a notary. Be respectful of people’s time.
