USPS has the worst service in the parcel industry. At least1out of every 3 packages never shows up. Plus one of the employees that delivers packages is very rude. I don’t know who she was cause I didn’t see a name tag. All I did was try to help her with the package and she just wouldn’t release it. I get she needs to take a photo but say that instead of making an awkward situation. It was a very bizarre interaction. I’ve always been nice and respectful to the delivery drivers but some people i guess it don’t matter. Never had a problem with any other drivers from their competitors. I try my best to avoid USPS but some times I have no choice when ordering from places like eBay. I try to order most items from Amazon. No one can deliver like Amazon can.

The clerk was clearly upset because I didn't have a label made already because I had some questions. I haven't shipped very many packages in my lifetime and she was annoyed thar I didn't already know how things work. It's perfectly OK to have questions but she was very condescending with me when answering. I was passed onto another little guy who was upset because I didn't like how I was being treated and told the first clerk I could tell she was having a bad day and I hoped it got better. The make clerk proceeded to make snide remarks because I had concerns about how my package would be treated because they were clearly upset. He even told me to stop talking several times and that I needed to stop before he would get the postmaster. Of course I was upset by then and I made that clear so the postmaster had to cone out and shut him up while proceeding to tell me it was a rule that I had to have my package labeled before I even came up to the counter as if I wasn't allowed to have questions and it wasn't OK to be new to shipping. I was treated horribly and I didn't deserve that simply because I caused them to have to do their jobs and help me out a little. I had to apologize for inconveniencing them or I felt I wouldn't get my package shipped at all. Now I worry they'll wait as long as they can and possibly even mistreat my package

I'd give 10/10 ? if I could. I've had 2 package deliveries on 2 seperate occasions that for whatever reasons never made it to my door. I contacted the Elizabethton post office & he fixed it to where my packages were redelivered on the same day. In today's world it's rare someone goes above & beyond to help another person. This place is the exception! Hard workers & they actually care & it shows in how well they do their job! Keep up the great work!

We have been using the Elizabethton USPS for almost two years. This particular location has some the most friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable employees. We have never had an issue with receiving our mail— appreciate the delivery drivers too! We have never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend.

I have always had good experiences with the Elizabethton Post Office. Anytime you go to the facility I have found everyone to be friendly and helpful. My current mail carrier has been great. He always leaves packages under one of covered porches near the door. This past Saturday he went above and beyond and rang the bell and sat an extra large package inside on the entry rug because he realized it would be difficult for me to move. People like him who go to extra step should be recognized! Many thanks for your hard work.

The best post office I've ever been in, people go out of their way to help you, super friendly, always happy! We ship tons of packages and have never had an issue!

This post office is the absolute worst, you can never get through to speak with someone on the phone, my mail lady has the worst attitude problem and should not be dealing with customers as hateful as she is and when I use there service’s for pickup they never pick up, what a joke this office is and whoever is in charge of this place needs to be replaced with someone who knows what there doing and actually does something with there non compliant employees who are disrespectful and don’t do there job, Do Better For Crying Out loud
