Under the new management of Shannon, the gym has undergone a remarkable transformation. The facility is now impeccably clean, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards of hygiene. Shannon's dedication to excellence and commitment to member satisfaction have created a more organized and welcoming atmosphere. However, some members have expressed concerns about the lack of air circulation and the cleanliness of the equipment. Some members have reported that other members do not clean the equipment before or after use, and that "super-setters" monopolize multiple pieces of equipment at the same time, hindering others from using them. The previous management and trainers were also reported to engage in this behavior, which may have contributed to the problem. Overall, Workout Anytime Elizabethton offers a well-equipped and professional fitness environment, but there is room for improvement in terms of member etiquette and air circulation within the gym.
Great place amazing atmosphere. Shannon Esposito is the greatest. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new gym.

I have been going to this gym for several years. Tony has always been a big help me and wife have both used him for training and he has never been anything but respectful and a gentleman to my wife. I will never go anywhere else.

The staff is very welcoming and treat you like family. The atmosphere is very enjoyable to be around and the trainers are always there to help you reach your goals, and give encouragement along your journey. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone!
