Not happy with this bank. Switched to Regions from the other local bank. Regions gave us the wrong account numbers three times --even after they wrote the numbers out on paper; canceled one of our three new accounts after funding each one within 30 minutes with cashier checks; canceled our business checks ordered; deposited money into wrong accounts; and, never accepted responsibility after showing them their receipts and errors. Not sure if this is a Regions experience or just local staff.

I always have problems when using the branch in Erin TN. Either they won't notorize my signature or charge me extra fees when no other branch does.

They were very rude !! They made no sense I had my id and they did not let me receive my money from western union because my address wasn't in Erin and they said they couldn't verify my identit , my id is valid and It should have been accepted.

When depositing a check, certain branch locations will deposit and cash, and give you whatever is needed, but this branch, will not and instead of asking or presenting other options, it is a straight, one way only, which neither helps nor does it make sense, when other locations will do the opposite. Communication is key with availability in our choices and if none is given, when we know, other options are active, it's just easier to go somewhere else, then to be restricted upon. We are not updated upon banking options, we are never contacted or offered other opportunities, just give these places your money and expect no help in return. Thanks for doing your jobs, will search elsewhere, for better, banking viability, where a customer is worth more than money deposited!!Thanks for caring...??♂️
