Had a move from 6 hours away. Called and reserved a unit over the phone. Owner was responsive. Arranged a time to meet at the unit the day of arrival. He was there before the appointed time with the paperwork. The entire process was easy and hassle free. Always called back in a sensible amount of time if he didnt answer the phone immediately during the move coordination/arrival process. It is worth pointing out that I was reasonable on my expectations as well, I didnt expect them to drop everything to deal with me on a moments notice and tried to give him decent advance notice of what the plans were for arrival. I would recommend them to other people for storage needs.

We really wanted to utilize the local company here. After speaking with someone a week prior, I was instructed to call the day we wanted to come and the people would come right over to meet us. Called at 9AM that morning and left a voicemail. Called again, and again. No one ever returned our call. By 5:00 PM we had waited all we could and needed to get our stuff into a unit before dark. Called 24-Hr storage in Johnson City and was reserved and ready to roll in 20 minutes. I won't try this place again.

I had an appointment with the woman that owns the place and she is a liar, she never bothered to show up when we agreed to (11AM) that she would be there, I called her at 11 and she told me she was on her way, 20 mins later she still wasn't there, I called back to be sent straight to her voice mail (she had shut off her cell phone). I called the number on the building, it was forwarded to her cell phone and went to her voice mail. I had been trying to meet with them for a few days, they don't call back when they say they are going to, so if your time is valuable don't waste it with these people, they don't have the common curtsey to even tell you they are not going to show up.
