“After trying a few other places like Discount Tire that try to sell you a 30,000 mile warranty on your blinker fluid, I was surprised by how great the experience was here. We live in Johnson City, so it's a little bit of a hike, but more than worth it. Called and asked if they had my tires, told me the price, I brought the car down, grabbed lunch at the Sub Station, and they had my tires on. They also charged me the price they said they were going to on the phone, which is pretty wild in 2026. I don't really see myself going anywhere else from now on.”

“Jerry was very accommodating! I was in the middle of a several hour long trip with my baby when my mass air intake quit while driving down the interstate. His son diagnosed the problem quickly, showed my husband how to fix it, sent us to O'Reilly down the street and about an hour later my car was working good as new! I will mention for other customers - he only takes cash or check, no cards.”

“I can't say enough good things about Big E Auto! I brought my car in for a major service and was prepared for the usual auto repair headaches, but the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Not only did they do an absolutely great job—my car runs smoother than it has in years—but they also stuck precisely to the original quote. There were absolutely no hidden fees or surprise charges when I went to pick it up. Their honesty and the quality of their mechanical work are top-notch. Highly recommend this trustworthy team for reliable and honest service!”

“Great shop. Despite them having an emergency my vehicle still got fixed rather quick and they are definitely some of the most friendly guys. Good prices for their work too”
