I just wanted to take a second to brag on Cordell Varney that works at the Erwin Tennessee store. Today I had to go and get a lug nut for my tire due to one needing replaced and Cordell not only helped me find what I needed, was very pleasant to talk to, handled everything with care and enthusiasm! He also made sure that I got the lug nut on my car tight and was ready to go. I know most of the time people are only spreading the bad, but I wanted to take the time to let you know he’s an outstanding employee!

Upstanding people for sure! Helped me out when I really needed it. Unable to walk well due injuries I sustained in the military I was looking at hobbling 2 miles which might as well be 20 when you're walking on a limp noodle. They went the extra mile and brought me a car battery even though they were understaffed at the time. I'll definitely go out of my way to continue using this auto zone over any other parts store in the area just for that. Thanks again!

Awesome store just left there after a few hours of trying to help me as I drive truck(18wheeler) and busted a hose even helped by trying to find other places that may of had what I needed and let me even get 8 gallons of water very helpful working staff the part time red shirt was very cool and laid back thank you guys
