Car wash stays broken and when it does work it runs into the front of your vehicle. Also, they lock your account trying to force you to add a second vehicle when you haven't used a second vehicle. Customer service is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Nat, your email contact if you have a problem, handles matters like an angry 3rd grader that lost her favorite toy. Don't waste your money and risk damaging your vehicle.

The car wash only sprayed water no soap or other products we're applied to the car. Wrost rip off ever for 18.00 dollars.

Don’t waste your money. Can do better work with a water hose. Just cause it looks better doesn’t mean it works better. Paid $18 for nothing.

New touch screen froze up on me. Took my card then froze. Never washed my car. Drove back through several times and screen never reset. Looked for contact information to call owner but didn't find anything. Checked my bank account today and it did charge me for the wash I never received. I've used this car wash several times and seems like always something new wrong each time.

It charges you $18 for a car wash n then nothing happens. It doesnt even spray any water out. There is no sign or phone number to register your complaint or get a refund. This is a scam i feel. I only have 1 star because giving no stars isnt a option. Im going to put a sign on the screen that says out of order and see how long that lasts

I come here often. After Today, I won't return. After questioning the price I've paid before and why today it's different, much more expensive I I was given a smart response by one of the ladies working here. " I don't need to ask anyone I work here" You're wanting my money & choose to talk to me any kind of way it doesn't work. I will drive now on right down the street from where I live and get my car cleaned. No longer will I go out of my way. Absolutely terrible

Wouldn't accept my card but somehow has a $20 hold on it so I paid cash and my car was still dirty AF when it was done I want my $ back that should be illegal!

Well, where to start..We moved to the area about 4 months ago and were excited to have a reputable carwash close to the house and we love to support small local businesses. Today was the 3rd time we have been there, and most certainly the LAST. We have always kept loose change in our cupholders. Always. After the first wash, it seemed a little light, but figured my mind was playing tricks on me. After the second trip, ALL of the change was gone but did not notice until we paid, tipped and left. This time, we intentionally left 4 quarters in the cupholders and my wife and I made a side bet. I bet $5 that the money would be gone. She took the establishment.... well, SHE OWES ME $5 now. I immediately went to the young lady in charge there and explained everything to her. Her response was "Well, we vacuum and loose change gets sucked up, sorry". Incredibly disappointing and we will never go back. Sad.

I saw a lot of good reviews on this place though I would get a detail instead I got stolen from. Had 100$ in my glove compartment that belonged to my son it was a birthday gift the card was still there but the money wasn't. Never again. If you don't want to get stolen from avoid this place.

0 stars. Terrible car washing service. Full of thieves who will take your belongings. I recommend never coming here! They straight up lied to me in my face that they didn't take what was in my truck. They're thieves!

If I could rate this establishment 0 stars I would. After checking my belongings I noticed some things were missing. I went back to confront them and let the owner know but all I got was threats from the employees. I was told to leave before they "would handle me" not sure what they meant by that but doesn't sound good. They also threatened to call the cops on me. Long story short if you want your things stolen come here. Watch out for these rats, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Place has some thief's working there, also the owner was very unprofessional when I called him out about my missing AirPods. This place absolutely sucks do not trust Vasquez car was at all I repeat at all.

This is my favorite place to take my 2023 ZR2. They are so so good and take their time. I appreciate the detail and care they take getting my truck cleaned. Inside and out. No complaints at all.
