“I've lived in Erwin for nearly 6 years now and have had the occasional mail delivered to my neighbors house which is no big deal as I know or mail carriers are also human and there is room for things to get mixed up now and again. Usually my neighbors bring it to me no issues. Today I had a package not get delivered and I called the post office cause all my other packages made it. Wendy went above and beyond for me. Not only did she figure out where my package got delivered she took the steps to go and reach out to the neighbors it got delivered to to try and recover it for me. I'm sad to see there aren't more positive reviews for our post office. I've never had anything but kindness from all the employees there and think they deserve 5 stars ⭐✨ Thank you so much for really working to resolve things for me!!”
