Unicoi County Family YMCA is a well-regarded fitness facility that offers convenient 24/7 access for a monthly fee of $42. Members appreciate the range of updated machines and clean equipment available, including free weights and a sauna. The facility also features a pool and child care services for up to one hour, making it easier for parents to work out. However, some reviews highlight cleanliness issues in certain areas, particularly in the men's locker room and steam room, which have been noted as needing attention. The outdoor playground is a favorite for children, but its equipment can become too hot for play during warmer weather. Overall, the YMCA is praised for its value, facilities, and commitment to health and fitness, despite some areas that require improvements.
I have been very impressed with the summer camp program. My son begs to go early every day and for me to pick him up later. He LOVES this program. It gives me a piece of mind that he is well taken care of while I work.
