“Such a serene get away! The owners and all staff are awesome and really interested in making your stay comfortable and complete! Beautiful surroundings with the mountains, a creek, waterfall, a pond... They have fire pits with seating around, grills, outdoor areas to sit and drink your coffee and hopefully read your Bible, a nice swimming pool, pretty much everything you need for comfort in the mountains. There are plenty of trails for hiking and even an atv trail not far up the road. The Venue is a beautiful place to have a gathering. They offer a nice lodge with all the amenities. It's kinda like a hotel with individual rooms for guests, a complete commercial kitchen with a pad through window for serving to the dining area, decks and patio all around, and several inside community areas for hanging out complete with wifi. Your mobile service won't work so good out here but the wifi will keep you connected if that's what you want. There is other lodging available including the house on the hill which consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, laundry, stocked kitchen, dining room, and 2 large living rooms with TVand wifi. Also the cabins which are quite ample, both of which have a large bathroom, queen bed and bunkbed, microwave, and fridge and a large sitting area, also a deck outside with seating. There is coffee available at all the lodging. The Camp does not have food service but Jonesborough, Johnson City and Erwin are all within 15 minutes or so.”
