My packages were delivered down the road from my actual home to an abandoned home with no mailbox. It has taken me 2 days to locate this and that means 2 days of no inventory for my business.

9/10 packages delivered by this location never show up on time or the address gets changed in the system and the instructions always say “due to YOUR changes.” This is by far the worst FedEx distribution site I’ve ever dealt with!! They really deserve less than a one star!!

Driver has never come to my house. He took back to fed ex in eathridge. I have called 3 days straight and get the same thing. So I would tell every body NOT to use fed ex

Had a large package from Amazon that said it was delivered 7-19-23. Watched security camera and the driver never pulled into the driveway. Not happy about my package having been stolen evidently by the driver. It showed it was signed for but myself or my husband never signed and again they never pulled into my driveway to drop off the heavy box. I have proof on camera.

FedEx driver rang doorbell, waited less than 30 seconds and got in truck backed up in driveway and took off. Package required signature and my father was home. He even went out on the porch and hollered at the driver while he was backing in our driveway to turn around and he took off and left anyways!!!

They refused to deliver a package and tried to make me drive an hour to come pick it up. Why accept a package from a sender knowing full well you don't intend to deliver it. ? ridiculous.

Told them to hold a package until Saturday, claimed they had done that. Start trying to deliver again during the week with no one home (required signature). Drive an hour to facility where they are supposedly holding the package, and they have lost it. Could not imagine a business running more inefficiently.

Lost package and had no idea where it was. Cost me $531. Customer service with FedEx is HORRIBLE!
