They have had my package since last Wednesday, each day it gets put on a truck, according to the tracking information, and then no attempt to deliver. That starts again the next day. The phone line is automated and there is no way to speak to a human.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. My packages are always late and always have new excuses. Get it shipped USPS or UPS if you can.

This service I have received from this company is atrocious the mail carrier left my package at the end of my driveway like it was trash I spent my hard earned money on my package for it to be put on the side of the road without any respect for the customer is very irresponsible I called to speaker with Matt their supervisor over shipping left a voicemail never got a call back nor a apology!!

Always delayed hello fresh delivery. Make up every lie in book as to why they did not deliver. Horrible service. Contractors who don't care. Really sad way to run a business. Good news for y'all I canceled hello fresh. Going with a service that uses ups who shows up

Been Waiting For 3 Days For My Fence For My Dog And For 3 Days It Keeps Going Back To The Warehouse. They Are Fixing To Have Them Self A Visitor At Said Warehouse Because I’m Fixing To Go Get My Fence Off The Damn Truck Since You Can’t Seem To Bring It To Me!! I’m Sick Of FedEx And Their Delivery Or Should I Say None Delivering Service!

They just left our hello fresh box at the gate 200 ft from the front door in 90+ degreeheat. Gate was open! More than enough room to turn around.

I am livid. What in this world makes people think driving through a yard is ok? The Fedex driver who delivered a package to me yesterday (5/5/25) decided that it was a good idea to drive through my yard. She had no idea that there is a waterline buried there. We have had the line dug up and replaced because it was mysteriously crushed in the past. We have no problem with our vehicles, but they are quite a bit lighter than her delivery truck!! We did not have security cameras then, but we do now. I have caught Fedex and UPS driving through my yard. Why do they think it's ok? Even if they do see me parked in my frint yard, IT'S MY FRONT YARD!!
** UPDATE - I just watched the videos again, and she tore limbs out of at least one tree!! She drove off like she wasn't aware. I can hear it in the video, so I'm pretty sure she could, too!
I just can't believe anyone would think it's ok. Looks like I'll have to put tires across that side of the yard, too. I already have them on the other side because people in their personal vehicles were using my yard as a place to turn around!! Granted, I live on a highway where backing into the road is not a good idea. It is fine to pull in, back up, and drive out instead of backing out. I understand the reason for that. But to just decide to drive through a yard!?!? Who would think that is ok?

The office at Ethridge, TN. does this a lot . They changed the delivery date Did not deliver my package and I really needed it . I do not like this office. I do not order from Costco anymore because they take a long time to deliver the packages . They said No one was at our office when I was there . :(

Can’t get ahold of an actual person to answer the phone only Robokiller . My package has been there 3 days and not been sent out . The other one I paid they protection plan on shipped it the next after this package did and got here before this one they came from the same place different day . Absolute worst experience I have out of any shipping service.

Would put 0 if possible multiple days in a row package says out for delivery, with no one show up, this is a gift for my sons birthday, and customer service is zero help what so ever, do not use fedex.

If I have a covered porch, why do you choose to just drop a package on the ground near my garage? It is just a few extra steps, and my package would be much better protected from weather and thieves. If a package gets damaged, do you care? Probably not because no one ever answers the phone.

Fed Ex Etheridge is purposely shipping my packages almost 50miles away because the week day driver is bad at his job and took my carports.Lied on photo changed name and address.I will no longer buy items with fedex delivery.The whole fedex customer service is a scam.Now I refuse any deliveries from fedex.Stay Off My Property.These fedex drivers in Pulaski area need to find different jobs.
