This place is getting worse, my mail uses to come at 1130am now it comes at 6:30pm & packages are never on time, sometimes they are even left at my neighbors house.

This is the worst post office I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I think a lot of the workers do the best they can, but I think the management is poor.

The women at the counter have always been so kind, helpful and professional. Sadly not all customers can see they're doing their job as they are assigned. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ETOWAH WORKERS, we appreciate that you are there!!!
