THEY ARE FRAUD. GO TO DICKSON ATT. Alliance Mobile. Every single time we go into this store they add / make changes to our account. We went in to buy AirPods and they took us off our grandfathered plan without asking or telling us. We came back in and asked them to fix it once we got the bill and realized. The lady was nasty rude, she refused to fix it or even sit with us while we called to fix it ourselves, she kicked us out of the store. We asked for a managers number or corporate but she also refused to provide us with that information. I called the Nashville location on Galatin pike since they’re the same authorized retail. The district manager was there we spoke on the phone. He also didn’t help or even apologize for his employees behavior. Later on we went in to remove a line and they added AT&T turbo to all of our plans making it even MORE expensive. They again, never asked they just do it and expect you to pay that bill. They do it so they can get commission. This is illegal. Fraudulent and I can’t wait to see this store close down, it’s been a long time coming.

I signed up for AT&T fiber Wi-Fi. The representative told me that a technician would be there to install it between 4 and 6 PM on a date certain. I had to take off work to meet the representative and lost three hours pay. What showed up was a blue box on my doorstep. When I went to the store to complain, the representative told me they don’t know whether or not a technician is going to show up. They’re just supposed to make the appointment

Today 11/12/2025, at around 6 pm, my husband and I visited the store located at Fairview TN to upgrade our phones, but the experience was marred by a sales lady's appalling behavior. From the moment we entered, she was curt and dismissive, asking what we wanted in a tone that was completely unacceptable. When I attempted to address her behavior, she became increasingly hostile and ultimately asked us to leave the store. We were shocked and disappointed by the whole experience.

Amazing customer service! Terresa needs a raise! She helped me set up my new phone and when I had an issue she helped me fix it! Was very helpful she went the extra mile to help me get a phone same day! Please whoever is the boss give her a raise or promotion! She deserves it will definitely come back!

I went in with my wife on 10/12 to port two wireless lines from Verizon & bundle them with our existing internet, and Terresa helped us — she was very kind and while a little quiet she did her best at the time. We found out after the fact that due to some issues with the ATT System, we had issues with accessing our accounts as well as a “phantom” secondary internet account number appearing in our account. After a bit of running around on 10/13, on 10/14 Joseph and Terresa helped us resolve the remaining issues with our account and rectified a lot of the time we had spent working through account issues on 10/13. We are very grateful for their help and would certainly come back to them after their help resolving our issues.

I’m taking back anything negative I’ve ever said about ATT in Fairview all because of Teresa! She helped me so very much, she was very patient with me and helped calm the unease I felt about going in. The only reason we didn’t cancel our service today was because of her! Thank you Teresa!!

The young lady sales rep was amazingly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She was able to help us fix our phone issue that no one else could apparently get fixed. And on top of having to also very professionally and tastefully deal with an impatient, rude customer. Kudos to this employee and keeping us from leaving AT&T. Thank you Ms. Emma!! ?

Very horrible service. Representative was on a personal FaceTime call while charging our credit card, mentioned not showering for days, talked badly about other customers, was more worried about a sale than providing service, and had the customers do most of the work when transferring phones. Horrible experience.

This is a franchise store. This means the employees do not go through all of the specialized AT&T training that the official stores do. We had a horrible experience getting new phones at this location because we didn't know that. The guy lied to us and said he didn't do things when he did. Things were added to our bill that we did not sign up for. All because they work off of commission, they will add stuff onto your bill for you to deal with later so that they can get the commission off of it. Research the AT&T store you go to and don't come to this one!
