If I could give a zero I would. II recently had opened a bank account and unfortunately there was a little problem with there 10 fee in which cause my account into an overdraft!there fee my overdarft problem. Not even a week after they close my account??? Ok I went to go fix it and I had to open a brand new one. Without knowing I would also need a new bank card , which by the way is stuck in the old days of cards without chips, I go to pay my bills with my old card just for it to be rejected? ok, so i call the bank and ask what the problem was. They inform that i needed a new card which they could order and I could wait 2 weeks????? I then told the lady Diane that I will just close my account and go to a more updated bank. she then hung up in my face??!!! WOWI dont go in places much since the pandamic amd I cant even use my card at the Gas pumps because this bank is so outdated!!! they really need to catch up to the times because now banks are making their cards scan and pay! This bank really needs to get with the times!!

Terrible customer service. Clerks and manager rude and unhelpful. I’ve only had contact with the Fairview office. If I could give them less than one star I would.
