very disappointed. this is the second time I've been here for gel mani/pedi and both times they are chipping and or peeling after 2 days. I've been getting gel mani/pedis for years and have never had this happen. Also both times they have charged me differently for the exact same thing. When I tell them they act as if they do not know what I'm talking about. It's very frustrating. Will not be going back.

I want to actually cry right now the relief my feet are feeling. She did such a wonderful job, that is saying a lot being how much time she spent doing them. I can not say about not only how good of an experience this was but how much better I feel walking with no pain because of the job she did especially on my toes.

I had my nails dipped there yesterday. Walking in I wanted acrylics with gels paint. But was talked into dip. They really didn't look great and today the dip cracked after I did dishes. The tech was nice and all but I'm not sure I'd return.

My personal opinion: and I do believe everyone will have an opinion. They did a good job. Pretty friendly, clean. My nails were very pretty. My daughter wanted Halloween nails. With her nails being so small I give them credit for trying their best. Id say the lady did pretty good with hers

Sadly this visit was very disappointing. I've visited here before and always had great results with Katie but this visit I had the mother or the mother in law.I was asked to go to a pedicure chair where the woman was waiting. I don't speak Vietnamese and apparently she doesn't, or doesn't choose to, speak English so my greeting went unanswered. She made no effort to say hello, with words or a smile, and didn't speak to me once. When she wanted me to lift my foot or put it in the water she poked my leg and pointed each time.I had rather dark polish on and it wasn't completely removed. Each toenail was cut unevenly on both feet and the fresh polish on my skin was not removed.I feel like this lady dislikes her job very much and had no interest in making my visit pleasant in any way. Very disappointing and I won't be going back.I will say that this salon is extremely clean tho.

I remeber now why I quit going to this place for services. Pedi was very quick, hardly any clean up around my nails, whole nail not painted, polish was not smooth. Waste of money.Service: Pedicure

I’ve been going here since I moved to Fairview a year ago, mostly because it’s the only local option. I’ve never been super impressed. However, a few weeks ago, I had the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. The older lady who doesn’t speak English made my nail beds bleed, took FOREVER, and left me with uneven dipped nails that ended up breaking my real nails a few days later. I’ve also watched the owner be incredibly rude to other customers and talk negatively about them when they left. Off to Bellevue I go from now on….stay awayService: Manicure

I went yesterday and got the tech Tracy. I showed her a picture of what exactly I wanted and she told me she could do it. pictures of what I wanted vs what I got will be inserted. My dad called and asked for my money back because this is the second time in a row that I’ve gotten Tracy and she has messed up my nails. The other techs are really good. All of them, including Tracy, are really sweet. Tracy is just not very good at doing nails. or at least Almond nails.Service: Nail extensions
