I had a great experience at the Flying J gas station thanks to Anthony! He provided outstanding customer service—welcoming, professional, and super helpful. He greeted me right away with a smile and made sure I found everything I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customers, and Anthony definitely went above and beyond. The store was clean, well-organized, and the whole stop felt easy and pleasant. Big shoutout to Anthony for making my visit such a positive one!

I'm going to be 100% honest... This message is for corporate... This staff needs to get a pay raise, I deeply applaud the workers especially on 2nd and 3rd shifts... I don't know how but they've managed to run this store on as few as 2 people... Yes the showers aren't perfect and tend to be dusty... And they're probably out of toilet paper in the men's bathroom... But let me tell you there's no other place I'd rather stop... If you need a laugh find Hanz, or Sean, if you're looking for, professional and sarcastic find Jess, Paula, Anthony, or Andy... I can't name everyone or just how sweet they are here... It's mostly quiet and a great place to pull off and sleep... For the staff thank you for everything y'all have done for us 😉

If I could add no stars i definitely would this place seems like a joke there always understaffed and seems to me the gm doesn’t know how to staff his shifts I came in and met ms Paula tonight fantastic worker and met her daughter who had a four month old waiting on her mom and poor thing has to work all night do better flying j this woman deserves props for working hard and striving to get this place cleaned and well functioning

Another garbage pilot/flying j where parking spots are so tight u can barely fit it. And if some driver doesn't back in fully all the way in as many do and the other drivers pull over to much to your side well good luck. Why cant P/FJ make it easy to swing in or out??

Pumps suck. Pi pads don’t work you have to go in. Cashier was HELLA RUDE when I tried to tell her. The lady with the blue braids was nice tho she greeted me as I walked in and at least apologized for the inconvenience. Wish I got the other ladies name. She needs customer service training.

Great staff at this location. Parking fills up fast but there is another place on other side of interstate at light you can also park at if flying j is full
