The staff are always courteous and efficient.

Very rude pharmacy staff. You can tell they hate their jobs because they are hateful to customers. If you have to call for medication questions or refills expect 1 of 2 things. 1. They will be extremely rude. 2. You will be put on hold and they never pick back up. I didn't expect this from a publix. What a disappointment.

I would give it negative Stars if I could. Customer service here is non-existent and the people are absolutely horrible. I requested a refill on my prescription last week when nobody got back to me I finally called them only to find I needed to call my doctor's office. Public said that we can do a 3-day refill while we waited for my doctors of course I can't see my doctor until next week when they refill the prescription but in the meantime I'm going to have to go off of this medication which will make me incredibly ill and possibly in the hospital. Only to have whoever I spoke to on the phone threatened to not give me my 3day medication that they promise to fill. I will pick up my medication today, and then I will never come to Publix Pharmacy again. You people have no empathy, and you're absolutely disgusting.

I have been to this pharmacy three to four times now, and every single time the entire staff has been incredibly and unnecessarily rude. The technicians and the pharmacists look disgusted when customers approach the counter to pick up or drop off. I’ve been a happy Publix Pharmacy customer for the past five years in Nashville and Hendersonville, but I’m not going to endure this ridiculous treatment anymore. Off to Walmart Pharmacy now I guess.

I have been to this pharmacy twice now, and each time they are just unnecessarily rude. It’s like she was being bothered to simply do her job. We will be switching pharmacies immediately! DO NOT RECOMMEND

The techs think that it’s ok to tell a parent to just ask their doctor for a different medication for adhd and excuse a child missing doses of adhd and anxiety meds because they fill 700 prescriptions a day and can’t be bothered to communicate a delay or out of stock quantities. Then the pharmacist will double down and excuse it because they’re short staffed and 250 scripts behind. Not my child’s problem.

Things have changed, and not for the better. I still shop here because we don't have a lot of options in Fairview. But it seems like none of the department heads can figure out how to place accurate orders. They are consistently out of stock, even ad items. Tired of the 'covid supply chain issues' excuse. It's 2024, get a handle on your stock and ordering. The morning after a new ad starts and 3 of the 6 items I went in for they did not have. This has been an ongoing issue for a couple years. Lots of young staff who prefer to talk amongst themselves. The Fairview location does not have the same service standards Publix prides themselves on, and the consistent issue with not having *advertised* stock on hand makes the 14 mile drive to Kroger more appealing every week.

The pharmacists and staff are not friendly people.

This is an awful pharmacy. They take days to fill prescriptions, not necessarily because they're too busy but because they only release so many prescriptions per day to keep the foot traffic down. Additionally, though this is my favorite Publix because it is the least friendly one (I hate being asked twice per aisle if I need help), a little bit of kindness from your pharmacists could go a long way.

This pharmacy’s service has drastically declined. It takes days to fill a prescription, then you have to wait in line 45 minutes to even pick it up. There is one specific person with curly hair who always treats us horribly. I highly suggest driving a little further to find a pharmacist that will at least kindly say “I’m sorry for your wait”.

This is a Terrible Pharmacy. I have tried to give them the benefit of it being a different world since 2020. But the problems I have had and continue to have with them once or twice a month. I Call in my prescriptions and they do not have them ready the next day and always say they are working on it. One time they texted my prescription was ready at 8:58 pm, and they close at 9:00. In drive thru looped around 4 times. In store having to sit next to blood pressure machine waiting.I am Done.

Staff seem to remember you even if you stop by every other month and always seem friendly. Only complaint is that 1 specfic medication you have to call in for them to "push a button" and it is ready in 15 minutes. Not sure how a prescription can be pending days until you call them, but it has happened the last 4 months.

been using publix for about 3 years now as my pharmacy & have to pick up monthly scripts. i may change pharmacies due to the fact that everytime i call for refills, they tell me it’ll be ready within an hour. typically i’ll wait for 2 just to be safe, and even then once i drive up they tell me another 45 min. last month i waited in fairview for 2 hours; drove up to the window 3 separate times bc each time they told me another 30 minutes. I’m not one to leave a negative review, simply because i understand being understaffed or loaded with other tasks- but it should 100% be communicated to customers that their scripts will take longer than expected. i’d rather wait at home for 2 hours than in a small town 35 min from me for 2 hours.

Every time I pick up a prescription, they never seem to have it ready on time. They’ll tell my doctor it’ll be ready in an hour, but every time I go to pick it up, they tell me it’s another 45 minutes. It’s one thing if this is occasional, but it’s every single time. I have to call them an hour before I pick it up so that I know it’ll be ready.
