I’m a regular customer. I purchased gas at the pumps 3/28/24. Pumps won’t take payment. I pay $70 inside. I go back outside and pumps are completely offline and not working. I go back inside and they assure me my card will be refunded. It never was. I showed them the card statement and visited the store on 4 occasions . The first 2 occasions they tell me give it a few days to show up back on my card. Then the next 2 occasions they give me the run around about how my statement should show the returned money. I was showing them my statement with no returned funds. It’s just ridiculous I paid $70 for premium fuel which the pump would never pump, they tell me I would be refunded, I never was, and now I am just apparently not getting my money back. All for nothing. Management is ridiculous in this place. I WAS a very regular customer.

I stopped to get gas. I had 20¢ off per gallon on Kroger points. I went inside and paid for the gas because the pumps there have never worked properly in the 8 years I’ve lived here.
I paid for $50 in gas. Went to the pump and it had the original price. I went back inside to ask why and the woman said it wouldn’t change, but I would get more gas. It wouldn’t pump at all. I went back in. She ran it again, sent me to another pump. It came up original price again. I trusted her, and not only did it take my points, but I got zero discount. They cheat people and I knew it.
I’ve spent 1000s of dollars with them, and they just lost a loyal customer. Spend your money somewhere else.

Sells tobacco and vape products to minors. The owners say its because "they already spoke to their parents so it's okay" I use to work there it's a shame. Keep an eye on your kiddos. They also sell CBD, Delta 10, Delta 8 ect.

No windshield fluid/washer in any facility at every single pump. Then after filling gas, machine says go inside to clerk for receipt, which she proceeds to ask a receipt for what? As she is on cellphone and I wait for her to address "me" the customer. Absolutely terrible experience and poorly run operation. Too many other options for gas.

Swore I'd never spend another penny in this place. (Unfriendly, better than thou redbearded a-hole). Also urging everyone I know never to go in there. ( Unless you just like being treated like dirt.) Will NOT ever be going back, would pass it up even if it was the only place open. Bound to be somebody else who wants my money.

Filled up at this Shell station yesterday. Receipt printer on the pump failed on yet another pump, for the fourth time in a row. I walked in and in as good natured a way as I could, I told the cashier that this was the fourth time in a row that it had happened, and said that if they didn't fix it soon, I would go to another station. He said that he didn't care, and "It's not my job." Perhaps if more people take their business elsewhere, it will be his job.
