3 stars because Tammy is a sweet person and tried to help if you're gonna be late. However 2 stars because I had literal RATS not mice. RATS destroy my entire unit including all my baby items and of course nothing could be done about it. I used mice killer and mentioned the problem several times. When I decided I was done and moved what I could.. I had a rat actually jump at me that day and I'd say they're at LEAST 5 in. Long... crazy!

I will never give a negative review unless it’s absolutely necessary! All of my belongings are stored here some being very sentimental are now completely ruined due to mice dropping and urine. If you want to raise the price then use that money to get proper pest control. Will not ever use them again.

I've dealt with Tammy and the owners at Stuff it Inn for years. They are consistently friendly, approachable, available, responsive and honest. The office and facilities are clean and well kept. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Had to rent 2, size need wasn't available. Had to clean out dead mice and sweep dust out and spider webs before started bringing things in. Even tho has lights in entrance is extremely dark inside. Bit too high for me, but when u have to have gotta grin and bear it.Tammy, the manager is easy to talk to and explains all requirements.
