This is a relatively new and very clean, flood-resistant facility (move in was during a period of heavy rain and flooding so we could see the drainage system at work). Because it's outside of town the rental prices are very reasonable as well. Efficient and friendly management plus 24-hour access available.

I have been a tenant at the Highway 96 location and I couldn't be happier. Kelly and his staff keep a very nice facility and they are always friendly to deal with. I would use Stuff-It-Inn Storage again, in a minute, if I needed to. It's about half the price of storing my stuff in Franklin. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Can't reach anyone and no one is every on site at the Kingston Springs location. After having a storage unit there for only a few months, they raised my monthly rate $35 without giving me any notification of the dollar amount increase. I will be leaving them and not doing business with them again.
