Got my flu shot and COVID booster here on Saturday 11/5. All of the staff was so pleasant & professional...and two years into this pandemic, I'm not sure how! Five stars and thanks for taking care of me.

This place is a joke. If you have any mobility issues whatsoever you can forget about getting your medications here. Sure, you can pick your medications up curdside only after you've been in. it doesn't matter if you've been taking medication for years a refill is considered a new prescription. Thank God we have Publix!

Continued poor service. Unmotivated staff, bad attitudes, staff just don’t care. Multiple times received email my Rx was ready, traipse over to the store, stand in line for extended time just to find out Rx not ready. Poorly managed. Today was my last trip - moved my prescriptions to Publix.

Went to fill a prescription for my dad. Was told they had enough for it and everything was ready to come on Saturday to pick it up. When I went to pick it up was then told I couldn't get it because they needed insurance approval again and they didn't have enough in stock to fill the whole prescription.

Wasn't a very secure experience. The pharmacist kept asking me why I was taking certain prescriptions. And I had to tell her it was a HIPAA violation for her to even ask. I was very disappointed with the way they she was treating me.

I have to wait a total of 3 days for a medication they don’t have in stock. I can’t transfer to another pharmacy and I should be able to regardless of how many refills are left or how controlled it is. Now I have to wait because someone can’t order stock on time.

Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. Chris refused to fill the prescription until she got the nurse to change the quantity, which ends up costing me more money to fill it every month instead of every two or three months. Now I have to physically drive to the doctor's office in Nashville and pick up a hand-written prescription in the proper quantity with the proper instructions to hand-carry to a pharmacy. If you want your prescription filled according to what your doctor prescribes, I'd definitely look for another pharmacy.
