If I could leave no stars I would. Customer Service does not exist for att anymore. Fatty representative cared more about his next meal than helping solve my issue. Absolutely hate going through this trash company.

We had a great experience with AT&T sales rep Zachary Napolitano obtaining new cell phones. We now have great reception in a rural area. Highly recommend AT&T.

Horrible staff that doesn't know how to work their product. I told them to 5 times not to add insurance and since they kept asking me if I was sure. They still did it. Had to come by twice and waited over 2 hours.

I took my daughter here because her phone was “going crazy “ (her words, not mine). The gentleman who helped us(sorry I don’t remember his name) was very helpful and was able to reset her phone. That is good for my budget because I don’t have to buy her a new phone. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Definitely one of the better AT&T stores.

Retail sales manager, Taryn LeBlanc, at the Parkside Drive location is a wonderful asset to ATT. She was very attentive, helpful, and went well above and beyond my expectations. She couldn't completely resolve my issue but gave me excellent service, options to choose from and helped me so much. I will definitely ask for her again when and if I need help.

Me and my wife went in to purchase new iPhones and we were told that we had to purchase the insurance in order to get new phones so we will just use our old phones

I live in a low service area. I used U S Cellular for many years until I was to the point of considering getting a landline. Switched to Verizon and it was even worse. AT&T showed the lowest coverage on the map so I was skeptical but gave it a shot. I am so glad I did! I have the best phone reception I've ever had now! But what makes me write this review is the service I received when I walked through the door at AT&T and also the service I received today. Joshua Stinger was so helpful and knowledgeable both times and I really appreciate it! I hope I will always be able to reach him when I need help! I don't know how much he makes, but GIVE HIM A RAISE because he deserves it! EXCELLENT C/S!

Madi answered all of my questions regarding the iPhone 15 Pro Max. She was thorough and patient. I also worked with Zach who helped me setup my phone. I appreciate their help and contact them first with any questions or concerns that I have.

Was having difficulty understanding a data usage warning I received on my cellphone. Spoke with Roger who walked me through the process of deleting this post which was appearing on my phone. Roger, put me at a comfort level when helping me. GREAT customer service.

We have been to this store 2 times in the past month. Kevin is amazing! My mom had to have her Iphone replaced and he gave us all of the possible options and helped her to pick the best one. Kevin clearly explained At&T fiver as well as rates and discounts, and helped us to get it installed. It is much faster. We had to come back today because my phone broke as well lol, but he remembered us and helped me get my new one and set it up with ICloud. He got us both screen protectors and made the whole experience we have had lately so much easier. Thanks Kevin!
