The Farragut CVS has really went down hill. It seems they are always out of my medicine and my sons. I started going to a different location and so far I have had problems getting my meds filled. The customer service there is not good. They act like they hate their job.

Within all the chaos and and sickness, the Pharmacist and her staff during my visit was awesome to be apart of. Laughter and office humor was definitely the dose of medicine I needed as I headed home to care for my acute illness and get some sleep. Thank you for allowing me to smile as I looked upon the dynamics of your pharmacy. Kudos to all who assisted me!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The people they have working for them are so rude and unhelpful. I hate that BCBS is not in network anymore with Walgreens. We never had any problems there. They never have prescriptions in stock and it takes days and sometimes weeks to get them. My daughter takes a prescription that I can’t even fill until the day she runs out of the previous one so there is not even anyway to order in advance and them hold it. They are so frustrating. Thankfully we were able to find another pharmacy that was in network with our insurance and this company prides themselves on customer service. Thank you Rocky Hill Pharmacy for being so amazing! CVS you’re a big chain but you can’t possibly last at the rate you’re going.

So I’m reporting on here about my experience and maybe a manager can help me tomorrow. But this was the worst experience I ever encountered at a cvs today. 5/17/24. So this guy was feeling up my medicine while watching hockey on his phone apparently he was a technician but becoming a pharmacist. He was very rude the whole time and acted mad. I asked the pharmacist what was wrong he seems upset and he said well he’s watching hockey on his phone and when his team isn’t doing well he gets upset and in a bad mood. Honestly I’m a laid back guy so I didn’t care that he was watching hockey on his phone. But I didn’t like the fact that he’s taking it out on everybody because his team wasn’t doing well. If it’s going to upset him then he shouldn’t watch it in the first place at work. Specially feeling up meds. Another complaint I have is a different rph is on my bottle this time that didn’t even work there they worked at a different cvs. I asked the pharmacist shouldn’t your name be on here since you guys filled it and he said a different cvs pharmacist employee approved it that apparently I guess online because they were busy. But I’d figure the rph that was there their name would be on there. So I may come back for a refund and fill it some where else. I feel uncomfortable taking a medication at a place that’s so irresponsible

First off let me say that the store was very neat and clean. We went in for sleep aids. My wife picked up a brand that she couldn't find a price for. So she went to the front and spoke with Tanka. She was very nice and helpful. However, she couldn't find a price either so she said she had to get the manager. So, here comes the manager who is frumpy and is on what appears to be a cellphone. My wife waits for Tanka to let her know the price. She comes over and says they will sell it to her for $13.99 because it's discontinued. My wife proceeds to ask Tanka, (because the frumpy manager was still using her cellphone) how that is possible when they have several vitamins/supplements/sleep aids on sale for 75% OFF and they are EXPIRED! My wife says, "does that make sense to you"? So, needless to say, we left.
We only have one question.....
WHY IS CVS SELLING EXPIRED PRODUCTS!? THESE ARE PRODUCTS GOING IN OUR BODIES! THEY SHOULD BE PULLED!
So, we went to Walgreens.

I strongly suggest not using this pharmacy or any other CVS for your prescription needs. It is shocking how badly ran this pharmacy is.They are extremely rude and completely incompetent, and for the four months I used them, they never did even one thing right. They couldn't have done any worse; it is like they are trying to get everything wrong. I'm over the stress and frustration and taking my business elsewhere.

When you are sick and trying to find a clinic, doctor, nurse practioner to go to,so that you can get some medication to start feeling better...one is NOT THINKING about an appointment on line.We went to the Minute Clinic on a Saturday, about 1pm. It took us till about 3 pm to see the doctor. It was NOT THE FAULT of the doctor, nor ours for not doing the scheduling beforehand. It was the NO SHOW OF HIS helper!!The doctor had to do all of the work!Medication, blood pressure, temperature pulse, drug allergies etc...then ask the questions of...whats wrong, how long, have you been around other people that's sick?So THANK YOU to the NO SHOWS for Work, appointments but especially to the impatient Dad of the little boy who needed a physical, he was in his dirty baseball uniform, about 10-12 years old, had climbed, laid and jumped all over the counter to check in. Because you,Dad were to impatient to stand or sit with him. You roamed over the store talking and complaining about the wait...lol

My dad went to pick up his prescriptions today and the lady at the pharmacy counter was determined on being very unhelpful. My dad is 83 and was having trouble hearing so he called me to speak with her and she refused to speak with me and I could hear her repeatedly telling my dad to call his doctor because they don't have his prescription; she wouldn't even let my dad speak and kept speaking over him. He told her to check the computer to which she said she did and there was nothing for him to pick up. So then he showed her the text messages from CVS that showed they were in fact ready to pick up. At that point she went back again and MAGICALLY found the scripts. Which means, she just couldn’t be bothered to look properly the first time and also it means that it was in the computer and she never looked to begin with. What should’ve taken a few minutes to help an elderly lifelong customer, turned into 30 mins of back and forth; that could’ve been handled by simply looking at his history in the computer. I can only hope that this unprofessional behavior was not fueled by discrimination against skin color and/or age. Disappointing and wrong on so many levels.

This store has the most unfriendly, rudest pharmacy staff - maybe in the whole country. It's really just shameful.
