I just joined this chain recently & I want to say that my experiences in business transactions have been extraordinary! I travel all over east coast & have frequented many banks over many months. The folks at these banks have been by far, some of the most friendliest people I have had the pleasure to do business with & so much so that I made the decision to make them my regular go to. I have been to several locations in a couple states. So far, all the employees I have encountered at each location have been wonderful to work with! The folks here at the branch at the Campbell location here in Knoxville are wonderful & amazing! Thank you all for being just great people all around! May God continue to bless each & every one of you!

This is the slowest and rudest bank.i have waited for 20+ minutes in the anytime teller to deposit a check. This is crazy.

They are so friendly and they love dogs. I sometimes take my dogs in the lobby. We banked with them since 1995. ?

Ever since the change to First Horizon, it is complete damage to deposit checks or money into the ATM. When you start compromising my convenience, that is when I find it BS and really makes me want to change banks to a much more convenient bank. You know the banks that offer mobile deposits, with instant funds? I shouldn't have to re-insert my check 15 different ways/times to get it to go through.

First Tennessee charges ALL KINDS of different fees yet none of their employees can ever explain where they come from. I was with this bank for almost 15 years. It used to be Green Bank, then Capital Bank, then First Tennessee, and now ANOTHER merger? Absolutely ridiculous. I will be changing to a credit union. Don't waste your time with First Tennessee. There are much better options.

I have had all good experiences with First Tennessee bank with the exception of today. The cashier was very unfriendly and this is the first time I've encountered this. I tried to make small talk where she did not even respond to me. I won't be using this branch any longer.

It's Friday! There is ONE teller at the desk and one at the drive thru. They already changed their hours to close at 4.00 M-Th! Its 3.00 on a Friday! Ridiculous!
