My 7yo daughter has LOVED gymnastics at Heidi's. She has learned so much in a few short months. Savannah and Heidi are the most positive, encouraging coaches. We feel blessed by each class at Heidi's!

I absolutely love having my daughter learn and grow under the guidance of Heidi and Savannah. They are wonderful gymnastics coaches and mentors who not only teach lessons to develop a beautiful gymnast but also nurture a kind and caring young lady in my daughter.

We are so thankful for Heidi! We came here after a bad experience at a popular bigger gym and the culture and training here is unmatched! You won’t find better in Knoxville!
