Dre in the jewelry department is AMAZING! We had the biggest problems with an online order, but they had the item in stock so she helped my boyfriend and I cancel our online order (that was never going to arrive) and walk out of the store with my dream engagement ring!

Penny's has a perfect selection of Business/Casual Men's Wear. Everytime I've gone in to Penny's (Farragut) I've been wauted on by the Most kind, considerate, knowledgeable and helpful lady named Sonji. I hope I got the spelling of her name correct. What would normally take me 45 minutes to an hour to even start to decide what I need, I'm done in 15 to 30 minutes TOTAL. Customer Service is a lost art these days... But not with Sonji. I have impeccable Customer Service.. and always have. In these trying times it most important to hone this skill and Sonji has it down to a science. Whatever you are paying her is not enough. I'm fortunate to be able to shop wherever I want and I choose JC Penny's for both the fair prices and for Sonji... she is the MAIN REASON that I come to JC Penny's. Ad I am finishing this comment I have talked myself into going to Penny's to puck up a few things...and I can only hope thar Sonji is there..if it's not just to say HELLO. WE LOVE HER. PLEASE TREAT HER RIGHT FOLKS!!

My stylist is great but the some of the new people are so rude and don't know how to greet customers. Please get rid of the blonde with really curly hair...working on her stuff instead of greeting a customer...even the greeter didn't check on me when I was sitting there upon her return.

I went to the salon and Niki Hopson fixed me right up...as a mom of 8 I haven't never had my hair done and I got this as a Christmas gift and I am absolutely in love . I posted a before and after so you can see how much work she did...hit her up she is friendly, perfessional and honest!
