We stopped here to pick up a plushy for my nephew. We eventually found an Eeyore plushy with a Winnie the Pooh book. Which worked out wonderfully.

It was a quick fast visit with a nice clerks at refund and checkout. I'm on oxygen and it's hard to walk from parking lot to refund it would be easier if it was near the front of the store. I checked out and as I was leaving I heard a ding but didn't know it was me. The cashier came to my car in handicap parking and told me what happened. She took the item back into the store and removed a tag., she said she hated for me to have to come back into the store because of my oxygen. This was extremely thoughtful service from her and she was so nice and I felt good about my experience with both employees being so helpful and good personalities.

Simple return of a swimsuit I ordered by mail, returned to store and entire transaction completed in about 3 minutes. I appreciate the ease of returns to Kohls.

I was shopping for a misses size 16 or 18 short stretch jeans and could only find 1 pair which was in a dark wash. Disappointed in the size selection of jeans overall. However my husband found Sonoma polo's with a pocket (very hard to find anywhere) so at least he got some new shirts.

I t is a typical store, nothing terrible but I Just don’t care for the business model of kohl’s. Not particularly fond of the store layout, finding the right section requires searching the store and there are only a couple of persons who work in the store, finding assistance is tough. My biggest complaint is the cattle style lines to checkout. I don’t like them and the service is always slow. I rarely go to Kohl’s because of this but if you like the stores in general, will probably like this one too.

Kohl's location near West Town is the best. Ask for Jennifer, she is usually at the register and very friendly. It is nice to go to a place that treats people like family.

Store was clean and easy to navigate. I found a coupon on Kohls' website that I wanted to use in store. Vicki took a look at my phone, saw the coupon, and said it was nothing. She didn't want to try scanning the barcode at all. When she finally did, the discount applied, and she took it off to give an extended speech about the credit card. I politely declined and she kept pushing the card. I had to decline multiple times before she let me just use my debit card. I'll stick to Target or shopping online in the future.
