Burger was a pretty good size. A little pricey. $17. Service was great Cali took great care of us. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Atmosphere was similar to anywhere else but still good.

I will never know how this particular Red Robin is, every time that I go there I am told that there is a 30 minute wait to be seated. FYI, the times that I have been here, they may have 5 tables seated in a building with at least 44 tables and a bar. I love Red Robin, like Love Red Robin, my family helped create the drink menu, just am not certain that this will be a good representation of the Red Robin brand.

I keep trying to eat here, but long waits and lack of employees have me go to another restaurant. There are plenty of tables available. Maybe it needs new leadership?

Terrible experience! The restaurant is half empty (no exaggeration) on a Saturday at 1pm. And I’m told there is. 20 minute wait… ok, seems odd. I ask why, when there are so many tables wide open. I was told they didn’t schedule enough people to be there during the lunch rush on a Saturday. We were told the bar is open and are welcome to sit there…. So, we sat at the entirely open bar… and then after 10 minutes of being ignored by the staff, were told we had to leave because one member of our party was under 18… not 21, 18. Maybe a law, maybe not… but why tell us to sit there in the first place…? The manager of this establishment should be fired immediately because of such huge oversights and the lack of customer service ability that they posses. Whoever is responsible for training should also be held accountable for the poor knowledge the staff seems to have of their internal processes and procedures. I will be reaching out to the corporate office to push this complaint further as I will absolutely not stand for such disrespect toward a paying customer. In the meantime, I just dropped $400 on food and drink at the nearby Smoky Mountain Brewery…. Where the experience was phenomenal! Seriously Red Robin, do better or you’ll be just a memory in short order.

First time to a Red Robbin.. was a nice place and the food was good... service was good...but I know they are short staffed... it took about 15 minutes to get seated... in a half full restaurant...but it was worth the wait... the did everything they could to make your happy....

They will make u wait to be seated when there tons empty seats waited 40 minutes and I counted at least 12 tables
