We had an amazing experience working with DW Designs on the custom athletic shirts for our recent Children’s Camp. The quality and design were top-notch—we received countless compliments from parents, coaches, and especially the kids! Several kids even mentioned how soft and comfortable the material was, saying it’s a shirt they’ll actually wear again—high praise from that age group!
What really stood out was the incredible attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Dan went above and beyond—taking after-hours calls and making sure everything was perfect. That level of dedication is rare and so appreciated. We’re truly grateful for the partnership and can’t recommend them highly enough!

Ordered a shirt on Dec 29th for my husband’s birthday. Received an order confirmation the next day. Never received the shirt. Sent 2 emails and 2 instagram messages with no response. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. So disappointed in them!

Nice designs, terrible customer service. Ordered items on Nov. 28 for Christmas gifts. Never received items. Reached out via email, no response. Reached out via Instagram a few weeks after placing the order and got “thanks for your order but the Nike and Carhartt items are delayed.” How about reaching out to anyone who has ordered those items and letting them know this ahead of time? And I ordered a Christmas ornament that was likely in stock and could have been shipped separately. Reached out again a week or so before Christmas to ask if there was any chance I would receive the items before Christmas. No response. Sad because I have ordered from them before with no issues.

This place is the best! I placed an online order for pickup and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Dan. He was super nice! The item I purchased was great quality. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. I highly recommend you check this place out!

This store hits all of my want buttons when I’m out shopping in Knoxville or browsing online. New tee for the collection? Check. New license plate for the car? Check. Get the kids lookin’ stunning in front of all of the soccer moms? Check. A magnet to hold my to-do list? Check. A sticker for the laptop? Check. Men, you will actually enjoy shopping here with your wives! It’s more than just another UT apparel store (though they have that, too, fellas!). There’s something for every day, for everyone. I was fortunate to be at the grand reopening in Farragut and am so glad I stopped in. Dan is the nicest guy and you should stop in and meet him!
