“I brought my 12 year old baby Daisy lu in because she was not feeling herself. The waiting area and exam rooms were neat and clean. The staff was welcoming and great! Despite not having an appointment, we did not wait long. I felt Dr. Noe was very knowledgeable and caring. Daisy is not a people dog and was scared, but the Dr Noe got down on the floor to coax her out and examine her.I was really happy with the transparency in the testing options and the up front itemized prices. It is a little further than our usual vet but, I am seriously considering making Concord our regular veterinary home. Great first experience, even though I was sick with worry for Daisy lu. Daisy lu is feeling back to herself! Apparently it was her stomach because she started eating after her shot for nausea. Thank you Concord!”

“My boyfriend and I took our fur baby this morning due to a scratch in his eye. The vet and vet tech did amazing. They didn’t rush, and I could tell they love animals. They were also very honest and up front with the cost.
It was so nice to be able to go on a weekend especially when you work a 9-5. We will definitely be back for normal checkups too. Couldn’t recommend more!”

“When our normal vets front office staff was less than accommodating (called on Monday, appointment no earlier than Friday) for the swelling of our dogs abdomen. I called Admiral Veterinary Hospital and they scheduled our dog for the next morning. Our dog had never been seen in their office before. They also stated they would make our dog a priority on their cancellation list, and they did. There was a cancellation the same day I called. Our dog was able to see Dr.Hickey that afternoon and get on the medication needed to give us a few more days with her. I was blown away with the customer service from the front door, all the way to the doctor. Amazing place, wonderful people.”

They're very reasonably priced, easy to communicate with, and don't push unnecessary lab work and treatments, especially for older pets. “Village Veterinary Medical Center has been absolutely wonderful to our family over the years. They took incredible care of our previous Cairn Terrier, Roscoe, treating him through diabetes and later thyroid cancer with so much knowledge, compassion, and thoroughness. I always felt confident he was in the best hands possible.

When the time came to say goodbye to Roscoe, the entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding during one of the hardest moments a pet owner can go through. Their compassion truly meant a lot to us.

“The place smells clean and fresh , the waiting room is spacious and clean so are the exam rooms, the assistants and vets listen and take the time to hear your concerns. The only thing that needs improvement is keeping your appointment time on schedule. Waiting one hour past your scheduled appointment is unacceptable. However its seems to be the norm everywhere you go. Even your regular human Dr's appointments. But dont you be late, your appointment will not be kept youll have to reschedule, make that make sense. Ill say this their prices for services are reasonable, and you get quality care I do recommend this karns Animanl clinic for your pets .”

They have seen to their health needs for well over 8 years and I couldn't ask for better care for either one of them. “I'm beyond grateful finding this place. Usually I'm quite hesitant to go to vets. Most the time I leave the place feeling irritated and upset. Dr. Shambeau, had caught many things previous vets don't even mention. She was very through. Her positive demuner helps alleviate any concerns when she walks into the room. With an older puppy, it can be quite emotional and I can't thank Dr. Shambeau enough for letting me leave with a peice of mind and feeling like a good pet owner.”

“My cat was experiencing a FUO (fever of unknown origin). He’s doing a lot better now thanks to the amazing vets at this animal hospital. We did xrays and bloodwork and they didn’t show anything abnormal. But they didn’t let us just leave without some sort of treatment plan. And they even called to check in a few days after visiting. They also provide affordable care, and are extremely upfront about cost before beginning any treatment.”

They take the time to explain everything so clearly. Not every vet is as understanding or down-to-earth. Unfortunately I had to let my sweet girl go. There is no one I would have trusted more in that moment than Dr. Kara. ???”

“Dr. Ed and the entire staff are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They always show love to our fur babies! I know when we have to have a procedure done for one of our animals, they will be in great hands. The staff goes above and beyond to answer all our questions and take care of our pups. Their attention to detail is outstanding. They show genuine care for the animals they treat and care for. Our dog was just in this week for surgery and dental care. Dr. Ed called after the surgery was done to let us know our boy was awake and doing well, to fill us in on how everything went and answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend the Embassy Veterinary Center at Lenoir City.”

“I have a 5 year old golden retriever who I brought to Dr. Morrison after a long bout with not eating and having gastrointestinal issues. I had to change from another vet I was going to previously because I didn't feel Rose Bud was getting the care she needed. Dr. Morrison addressed the issue head on and Rose Bud went into surgery the following Monday. Rose Bud was in such a state she that the outlook wasn't good, but Dr. Morrison and all the vet techs and people at village veterinary medical saved her. I really can't say enough good things. I highly recommend this Veteranerian! Also Dr. L (I can never remember her full last name so I call her Dr.L) This vet is more expensive, but if you are looking for the best care for your animals, the price is worth every penny because the care is outstanding. I will always bring my dogs here now and I hope you will consider them if you want the best care for your pets too. With all my gratitude, Kristin”

“I have been coming to countryside since 2019. Monica has seen all of our dogs so I can't really speak on the other vets. She is amazing. The techs are amazing. The office staff is always so nice. Monica saved my yoshi bear. She has been there for me and my family for all of our dogs and their needs. Monica has helped 5 of our seniors cross the rainbow bridge over the years and i cannot praise enough the care and compassion her and her team show towards us and our furbabies. I see there are some unhappy reviews and I would expect that because there is no perfect business out there. I refuse to take my animals anywhere else. The vets do their best to make our animals feel comfortable and safe. I know since covid they changed up in not letting us owners come back with our pets. I feel they are looking out for the best interest of our pets. Sure I would love to go in with them, but if it helps the vets and techs to do what they need to do without the strain of us being in the way, then so be it. Not everyone will have a perfect experience but we should extend grace as everyone that works there may be going through something that we don't know about just as in any work place. This place is amazing. Establish that relationship with them. They are worth it.”

“Took my dog to be spayed at this clinic and was extremely pleased w/ their service. It was wonderful being able to use a small private clinic rather than the grant funded centers…especially when Dr. Snow’s pricing is just as low as Young Williams. Additionally, they even kept my dog overnight which really made my life easier since I did not have to endure seeing her right after anesthesia or forcing her into the car so soon after the procedure. The kind man who manages the office is tremendous and really seems to care about all their patients. 10/10”

While I was uncomfortable with not being able to go inside the office with my sick cat (curbside only care), the vet went out of her way to keep me abreast of what was going on. She was concerned about the cat's sallow fur and her limp little body. I explained that she had been throwing up for 10 days straight. I also told her that my budget was limited. She said she could not give me a definitive diagnosis without labs, which I did not have the money for. The vet did tell me that she could treat her without labs, and did so with only an X-ray. She gave me a prednisone treatment for the cat to reduce the inflammation in her intestinal tract, and made a strong recommendation that I change her food to Science Diet Sensitive Skin and Stomach. I did so and am pleased to report that my cat is back to her old self, playing and eating like crazy- no throwing up !!!!! If there was a 10 rating I would have given this vet a 10 ! Highly recommend Countryside Veterinary Service and this vet, who I think is Monica.”
