I have been driving GM cars for over 40 years and this is by far the worst and most unreliable service I have ever received from any dealership anywhere. Have never had a good experience with this company. Only reason I ever go to Howard Bentley in Fayetteville, TN is because they are the only GM service dealer within 50 miles. Other than that, I don't find much to recommend them.

If I could I would give them no stars.They wouldn't give me a truck after pulling my credt 8 times because Of a bankruptcy years ago An I just bought a house.Plus said my s.s. number wasn't mine.They are crazy

I purchased a new vehicle 12/31/2021 and I had to renew my loan due to their negligence in sending the appropriate paperwork on time. Four months have passed and I still haven't received my vehicle plates to date and my temporary plates have expired and they are dragging their feet in resolving this issue. The sales rep was good but the finance department has caused me nothing but headache and the service needs big improvements. I've lost work because they failed to send send my tag. I wouldn't recommend this place due to too many issues that should not have occurred. I've lost money, got pulled over by the police and lost valuable time. I had to have all 4 tires replaced because they were bad.

The service department socks, went in to have something fixed and they didn't even do the repair just put on paper work it was complete

The guy workn the desk was not friendly at all whatsoever towards me when I walked up to the counter\\u0026 he had no personality at what so ever either!! I bought my 2018 Chevy Cruz there 3 years ago right before Xmas. I'll never buy another vehicle there or get anything else done there either for that matter!! Oh yeah btw the guy's name is Daniel Vaughn that worked the counter when i walked in. He's very rude! I will not recommend anybody to do any business there!!!

Expensive $600+ for oil change, rotation and thermostat leak and diagnosing an air conditioning leak with another $900 for repair. This is the dealership that sold the 2014 Sonic to my unsuspecting daughter.

Had my oil changed and tires done, the staff was friendly and courteous and also let me know my tire was losing air which I knew, definitely satisfied with their service.
