“Best pharmacy I have ever used. Have felt like some prescriptions that were as needed were trying to be forced on me when first started here, which did upset me. Had to have them call the Dr to verify which was unnecessary. Since then, no issues except hours and holidays. Avery and other pharmacist have been above and beyond great, sorry I can't remember her name but she came from Walmart pharmacy in Fayetteville. Anyways, thank you for always trying to take care of my family and doing your best.”

“Great customer service! I'm always waiting at Walgreens 2-4 hours for medicine to fill which wouldn't be a big deal if I lived in town but we don't, and always say I'm switching pharmacies but today I finally did after being went off on. After waiting almost 4 hours at Walgreens, they told me it would take longer so I told them to send it over to Carters. Walgreens told me it would take them even longer to do that but I didn't care at that point. I immediately went over to Carters to give them insurance cards and all, and the lady was super nice. She had our information with insurance and medicine ready and on my way home within 10 minutes! I'm so glad I finally made the switch, just wish I would've done it a long time ago.”
