“I found a storage room online put filling out application off for a day or so. A very friendly lady called me and said her name is Carol and she would be happy to assit me in any way.She was at the storage facility when I arrived and with out wait took care of my reservation and issued me a unit.It is hard to fing this type of customer service now days so I enjoyed it.Thank you Carol for your cares and concern towards your clients.”

“Great facilities but terrible customer service. I called every week for two months to get them to stop charging me for renter insurance after I showed proof that I had my own. Finally asked to escalate it to someone higher and magically got a call back from the manager and her boss on the same day. If I get my money back for the overcharges, I’ll change my review. Something needs to be done about the customer service. It’s “I’ll send an urgent email and you’ll get a call back”. And no call back. Otherwise, the service is great for its purpose.I’m also adding: I called all day for two days and could not get anyone on the phone. If the system recognizes the phone number, the only option is to make a payment or speak to someone. When selecting the option to speak to someone, it routes me back to the payment system if nobody answers.Update: I did get my refund check for the overcharges and it was still in my maiden name. I called four times to update my new name in their system and was told each time it was updated. I never write bad reviews, but the customer service with this company needs an overhaul. The facilities are great! As long as you don’t need help on the phone. Carol is not the problem (but it is difficult to get her on the phone with the system they use), it’s the call center folks answering the phone. And apparently nobody checks their email.”

“I have had many storage units over the years and I just want to say Wilson Parkway Storage is by far the best one yet. The units are clean, good sized and very reasonably priced. The premises are always clean, safe and secure. I go to my unit quite often and mostly in the evenings. When I do go in the evening I feel safe while I'm there and that's very important to me being a single mom. Therefore, I know my stuff is also safe there.The accounts specialist Danielle is very knowledgeable, professional and a very kind, caring nice person. Her boss Mr. Chris is also a wonderful person. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. It deserves 5+ stars!”
