I went to the Exxon in Frankewing and ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and paid for it, I went and sat in my car for about 20 minutes like the man said and when I went back in to get my pizza he said that my son had come in and got it. I didn't have anyone with me and my son isn't anywhere around Bunker Hill or Frankewing. That man at the EXXON STATION IN FRANKEWING OFF OF EXIT 14 JUST TOOK ALL THE MONEY I HAD AND NOW I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO EAT.

Do not stop if you plan to use the restroom, have any accessibility issues or have been prioritizing cardio over lifting. Women’s bathroom door is so jammed that it required me to Sparta kick it to open and exit. ~4 girls were waiting at the door for a long time until I asked the cashier who was on the phone if the bathroom was accessible to which he responded to push hard on the door….I barely was able to get in and out. The mother in line was scared to let her middle/high school daughter in there.
Regular gas was available and there was cold drinks that I was able to purchase easily. Close to the highway.

Rude, owner will walk around the store on the phone with customers at the counter. Then act like customers are an inconvenience.

I never leave reviews like this, but owner was disrespectful and didtn want to listen.
$25 winning scratch off from $3 ticket... Asked for 2 $10 jumbo crosswords and $5 cash. Got 2 $5 fabs and $5 cash.
My normal stop on weekends to and from Alabama, or was. I went in today and was polite as can be, even waited for no customers to be in store, to inform owner that I was shorted $10 On a scratch off transaction on Tuesday night when i stopped in before heading on vacation to Florida.
I initially told him "I dont want the money, Just wanting to inform of being shorted by his employee Tuesday night" he instantly was rude about it and kept putting his hands up and waving me off. Saying he watches cameras everyday at home and counts money himself daily.
So I told him " I know mistakes happen, but if the drawer wasn't over that night, then that means I was skimmed of my transaction" and again he kept being rude and saying none those tickets were sold, I was like "they weren't cause she sold me the wrong ones for less money" (note she handed them to me folded with the 5 on top.)
All I wanted from the visit was 'im sorry, and ill look into the issue.' SIMPLE customer service response specially from the OWNERS... Cause I wouldn't want my employees to be skimming customers if was mine or a friend's business.
I know I should've checked the scratch offs she gave me before leaving store, but ive never had issues with that store and was ready to head out on vacation.
Just was poor customer service to an issue that the owner doesn't care about in his own store. Store shouldn't be ran by such a disrespectful owner..

I had to give him one star. While I was traveling, he walked past me while I was waiting. I was the only one by the register, yet he didn't acknowledge me or attempt to serve me while he was on the phone. It seemed like he was ignoring me. I'm not sure who hired him for the store. Eventually, I had to leave and go across the street to the Shell gas station. The attendant was very rude and even cursed at me. He also flaunted his wallet as if to imply he had money. Some people really need to learn how to provide customer service. I noticed his car was a blue Kia a I left.

My husband went in and paid for $30 worth of gas and he didn't get it so my husband went back into to tell the man he needed the pump turned on and the man who was VERY rude told my husband he couldn't give him back the money because it would go back on our card and it never did. We called again and he said he was not giving us our money back.

Terrible parking lot. The huge potholes will scrape the heck out of the bottom of your car. It's also filthy -- they need a street sweeper to pass through.
