“We had our male bunny neutered here. The staff was friendly once we got there. The doctor even called us once the surgery was done, to tell us everything went well. The staff came out to the car to pick him up, and bring him back out to us. They where very busy, but took the time to answer any questions.”

“This would have easily been a 5 star review if the prescription process to refill wasn't so slow. I needed to pick up my prescription today and I called first thing this morning to be told they'd call it in. So I called back hours later and only then they proceeded to tell me there's a 24 hour notice. Other than that the Vet was very good and was able to determine my dog had a fungus issue. Something the vet across the street failed to do in multiple visits and lying to me about treatment.”

“I have a 5 year old golden retriever who I brought to Dr. Morrison after a long bout with not eating and having gastrointestinal issues. I had to change from another vet I was going to previously because I didn't feel Rose Bud was getting the care she needed. Dr. Morrison addressed the issue head on and Rose Bud went into surgery the following Monday. Rose Bud was in such a state she that the outlook wasn't good, but Dr. Morrison and all the vet techs and people at village veterinary medical saved her. I really can't say enough good things. I highly recommend this Veteranerian! Also Dr. L (I can never remember her full last name so I call her Dr.L) This vet is more expensive, but if you are looking for the best care for your animals, the price is worth every penny because the care is outstanding. I will always bring my dogs here now and I hope you will consider them if you want the best care for your pets too. With all my gratitude, Kristin”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If your on a budget prices are very reasonable compared to some other places. We got our kitten fixed & got her shots & it came to alittle over $90.00. We recommend you call ahead as they tend to fill in spots VERY QUICKLY!! We called at the 1st of December there wasn't a open appointment till January 9th hope this helps some people out in deciding on when to call”

“I have only had good experiences taking my pets to PetWellClinic. The doctors and staff have been informative and nice. I will definitely continue to go there for my pets services. If I had to complain it would be the cost of the getting the dog’s nails trim went up to $35 which seems steep. Overall very happy with this clinic.”

“I have been going to Rocky Hill for a little over a year and they have been nothing but amazing. I have a very sensitive rescue dog that needs a little extra attention. On my first visit, I knew I would have to do everything in my power to make this my forever vet. The vet tech who first met Neyla got on the floor and made sure my dog was comfortable with him before proceeding with the visit. Dr. Jeter was the first one to see us and I felt like he truly cared about us and wanted to come up with a solution that would work for us. He helped prescribe medication and we discussed a diet that would ultimately turn my dog into the dog I always knew she could be. Dr. Jeter has taken time to call me and discuss issues/prescribe medicine over the phone when I am out of town. You can almost always call Rocky Hill and get an appt. same day or the next without any issues. Every single time I call I get the help I need, and I feel they truly care about every animal and genuinely want to help. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Christie and she was exceptional as well. Rocky Hill is a place I can always count on regardless of the circumstances and they will always be eager to help. “Big Springs did an absolutely fantastic job taking care of my cat, Yankee. We felt a growth on her belly and were very afraid of what that might mean given that she is fairly old. The technicians and Dr. Crump did an excellent job of examining her and explaining every step of the way. The surgery that she needed was effective and quick, and the itemized estimates were explained to us in simple terms so we knew everything that would happen to her and how much it would cost.Aftercare and followups were also very well done. We had phone calls and emails that offered a calming opportunity to ask questions. Without their help, we would no longer have Yankee, and for that we could not possibly thank or recommend them enough.”

“Loudon County animal hospital is hands down the absolute best vet that I've ever brought my animals to. They are so genuine and truly care for the pets. They take their time with the animals and their owners. They are not just in it for the money and are extremely affordable and offer care packages that are tremendously generous for those that have to bring their pets in for reoccurring problems. I've never been to a vet that I felt wasn't just there to take me for all I'm worth until this vet. All of the vets and vet techs are amazing. “Be forewarned. 3.5/10 We had to put our cat down, and I tell you, we got the spiel about how we could do some bloodwork and prolong the life with a potential treatment plan.I don’t know if this was a heartfelt delivery of a real moment of compassion, or if it was an attempt to begin a string of investigative processes to make a few dollars.Our cat was not visibly rotting as we brought him in, but we’d watched him decay quickly over the last 60 days and then a massive episode happened last night.He was one month from fifteen years old. It was obviously his time.To the team: change the procedure/directive/game plan/workflow/dialogue to recognize the judgment of the animal’s family.If I’ve read situation incorrectly, my apologies. If this is common, and just standard procedure—massive protocol alteration must occur.We’ve (collectively amongst multiple households) never experienced or heard of this type of dialogue regarding an animal’s life before.We knew it was time. The season was entering the grueling pain stage for old cat. He was too good to keep him alive for our satisfaction.”
