Update: I do appreciate that Mr. Baillie reached out to me to offer a complimentary tune up next Spring to try and make things right.Original Review: It took them well over 3 weeks to clean the carb on our push mower. It wasn’t leaking gas before we brought it in, but as soon as my husband filled it with gas, the whole tank of gas poured out on the ground as if something hadn’t been put back in right. I honestly expected them to fix it for free or very discounted, but instead it was over $100(to apparently replace the carb). Of course my husband paid it and probably didn’t complain. Though he did come home and tell me never to go there again. This was a used push mower that we bought from A friend. the whole mower is not even worth what they charged us for repairs(over $150), plus the inconvenience of bringing it in twice and not being able to mow our yard for the month they had it total.

Update: I do really appreciate that Mr. Baillie reached out to me very quickly to offer a complimentary tune up next Spring to try and make things right. It took them well over 3 weeks to clean the carb on our push mower. It wasn't leaking gas before we brought it in, but as soon as my husband filled it with gas, the whole tank of gas poured out on the ground as if something hadn't been put back in right. I understand that things can go wrong with faulty parts etc. but I honestly expected them to fix it for free or very discounted, but instead it was over $100 to then replace the carb(which they could've done initially). This was a used push mower that we bought from A friend. the whole mower is not even worth what they charged us for repairs(over $150), plus the inconvenience of bringing it in twice and not being able to mow our yard for the month they had it total.

Took my push mower over there. The owner told me if it was anything over $50 he would call me before he did anything. Calls me and tells me its ready to he picked up and charges me $100. I asked why he didn't call first and he just said he figured since the carburetor needed replaced and they already had another they would just go ahead and do it. I was mad. I told the guy that was bad business. Don't trust these people when they tell you something.

Really cool little place to take kids shopping or maybe you'll find a gem in there. Prices are awesome given the brand names and conditions of items. Owners were very very nice, they even came down on an item and gave my son a toy for free. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Dawn and Curtis are Amazing people with some great products. The deals they have are unbelievable. Every time I go in there to just browse I end up coming out with a bunch of stuff on my year round list for birthdays, Christmas, and just everyday items for the house. I can't believe the amount of inventory that they have, the sweet pop up deals, and the service is outstanding. I've only ever had 1 issue with a saw that I checked out and tested briefly plugged it in and it worked took it home and it burnt up on the first cut. They didn't have another but gave me money back and informed me when they were able to get more stock in and now I've had it for 2 years and it's still running good. I honestly can't think of any other place with their low prices, great product, the amount of inventory, and the amazing people who run this. Thanks guys for always treating me like family and always making me feel like I get the family discount!!! I will continue to do all my Christmas shopping year round here!

Extremely disappointed with our business with them. My husband was very excited and saved up for a new mower, we bought one from them. It immediately quit working. They came and got it, brought it back and said it was working. Again, immediately quit working. Curtis said his grandson had forgot to tell him that he had drove that mower and it did that to him too. They came and “fixed” the cable that was making it die when it would hit a bump and left it. Still didn’t work. They said they would trade him for another mower, he was happy about this and it seemed like a fair deal. It immediately quit working too. They had to come get it to fix it. Brought it back, and guess what… again not working. I’ve been very proud of how my husband has handled this. He has been very cordial considering. He asked to return the mower since this is the second one that isn’t working and they said it’s against policy and won’t take it back. I truly appreciate all the trips they have taken to fix the mowers… but they have never been fixed. It’s currently still not working and their best offer was to fix it one more time while it’s still under warranty. While everyone we have spoken to has been pleasant, we have spent a significant amount of money on this mower only for it to not work.***in response to the owners reply:We do very much appreciate the time put into coming out to look at the mowers. We were not told any parts had been replaced so far but if they have, thank you. But ultimately we have paid for a mower, received two different ones from your business, and haven’t been able to successfully mow even half of our yard one time. After the 60 day warranty and all of the trips out to fix it we still have a broken mower that we were told was working well and are having to have it worked on. If none of your mowers can be guaranteed to work for 1 full mowing of a single acre and cannot be fully repaired within 60 days (and we are not allowed our money back) I can’t in good conscience recommend this business to anyone.

I bought a Troy built XP back in Spring of 2021. I was told the price of one thing by 1 person and a different price by another person. So I did get a little money knocked off of it but I was super overcharged and the mower stopped working properly after 3 months, or the equivalent of Maybe 5 uses.. I'm a single mom who really can't afford to spend the 800 plus dollars that I spent, and I certainly can't afford to have him pick it up for $25 fix it, carry it back for 25 more, and charge me . Also the bearings are going out on the wheels. I know I bought a used item but after being charged so much money, it should have lasted me longer than this! I had a friend come take a look at it, who is very experienced with mowers and cannot figure out why the machine will not work. It will not go forward. Belts have been checked and replaced. I am super unhappy and disappointed.

I bought an air compressor to use at work and was told that I could bring it back and trade it the next morning if there was a problem with it. I spent 100.00 on it and was hesitant because the owner (woman) said "we I don't normally take returns because people take things home and break them" it was after closing when the purchase was made so she said I'll take it back tomorrow morning. Low and behold the compressor shut off after 30 min. We returned it and the other owner,

Packed to the gills with swell deals, they buy closeouts/pallets, so always something new, bookoo variety. The people who own it are both knowledgeable, and personable in their service, good conversation... right neighborly!
