I hate leaving negative reviews but this business rubbed me totally the wrong way. I hit a deer and needed some work done to my vehicle. I showed up here to just to ask a few questions, granted it was a lil less than 10 mins to close and it was raining. The guy not helpful at all was rushing me out without me even having a chance to ask any questions. I finally manage to get one question asked and that was that I have some extra aftermarket parts added to the car, and wanted to know how it would work with insurance and his shop. He replied with I’d rather you buy those parts and I’ll knock it off the final bill. The fact that he was rushing me off and that he wants me to put the money out for aftermarket parts when I’m already going to have a deductible to pay is just bad business in my eyes! Maybe if I left work early and got there more than 10mins to close on a nicer day this would have been a different outcome. I still am giving him 3 stars because my buddy has wrecked his jeep twice this year and has taken in here and spoke very highly of this business and there work is beautiful!

I hit a dog at 60mph. This shop was very easy to work with. They went above & beyond my expectations. Also finished the job earlier than stated. They worked very good with my insurance company. Highly recommend this shop. Excellent hard workers who still care about detailed work.

Hit a deer with my truck in pa and we just moved to tn months ago and needed some work. So finding new people to work on things is hard when you come to a new area and don’t know anyone. They kept my mind at ease. Whole wheel well from dually was destroyed and needed repainted. I can’t say enough about this place. They did an outstanding job and were the easiest I have ever worked with. Needed headlights changed and they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend to everyone.Services: Painting

These fellas were amazing. Brought the car in after a rear end collision. Needed a new bumper. Not only does the new bumper lòok great, they cleaned the whole car. Inside and out. It was like I picked it up from the dealer when it was purchased. Just outstanding work, outstanding.
