Car Rental in Gallatin, TN

“A HUGE shoutout to Macy (sorry if not spelled correctly) she was absolutely amazing. My family and I had a nightmare experience with both locations in Bowling Green, but finally were able to pick up a car in Gallatin. After being called, confirmed, and reserved for today in Bowling Green. So after hours of dealing with the awful customer service in Bowling Green, we FINALLY were welcomed with a warm smile and a “How are you? How may I help you?” Macy was phenomenal, and in her own words said to us “it takes nothing to be kind to someone.” Enterprise should make her head of customer service just based off that statement. It takes NOTHING to be kind to someone. She had a full room of people, checked in and out cars, answered phones, and greeted the multiple people she was working with and took her time with each one. When I went to the Scottsville Road location there were four people in the back area talking to one another and not once greeted my father or myself. Three girls and one boy standing up eating. What took one person, four people couldn’t do. Thank you so much Macy you have no idea how much you turned around our day!”

“We came to town for a Wedding. So had reservation at Enterprise. So we went to pick the car up car from Enterprise. Found out they won't take our Debit Card because we were out of state. So went to Hertz and same thing. Don't understand! As long there's money; I don't see a problem. So little stressed , wondering where to go. So we came across U-Save Car and Truck Rentals on Google Maps. So we called. Michelle Aaron's (Manager) answered. We told her that we want to rent a car but have a Debit Card and if you take it. She said yes. And I'll work with you. So we went to get a car. She was absolutely wonderful. She went out of her way to give us a little discount too. She saved us from a horrible situation. We thought we're not going to have a car! But she was our Angel that day! They now will have loyal customers every time we come to Gallatin! What great customer service; that is hard to find nowadays! Thanks Michelle!”
