Quick & easy. We are from out of town and during our travels my heat shields bolts came undone. Most of the local shops where we were staying couldn’t get us in for weeks to fix it. Called this Firestone and they got my car in two days later and fixed it all up. Was such a relief especially while traveling. Excellent customer service! Was so appreciated.

We took our car in for an alignment. We were informed that that would not fix the problem which we appreciated. They then tried to sell us over $1,300 worth of tires, breaks, and rotors. When we got a second opinion, the only thing wrong was a $13 part in the steering wheel needed to be replaced. I appreciate them not having us get an unnecessary alignment but everything else was frustrating.

I love that there is always a Firestone wherever I am, either close to home, or close to work, or both! I have used Firestone for over 20 years in TN and CA, and they have always given me good dependable service.

I had my truck in there 2005 f250 to get some shocks replaced before making a long trip with the truck and they could not find the right shocks that fit. they could not get my tires off because it needed a key I told them where It was and they still didn’t make the effort to look for it to get my tires off. they some how took one tire off and didn’t put back all 8 lug nuts.I’m really disappointed in that will not be using Firestone again don’t recommend it.

I think they did an adequate job fixing my brakes. A few red flags with this place when it comes to considering being a repeat customer. One, they said I needed an oil change. I got one two weeks prior to this service being done. Two, they said I need new window wipers. I bought new ones a month prior of the brakes service. Three, they said I need a new battery. I got my battery checked with the level at where it's at and the computer said it was inits midlife. So maybe a new battery is in my future but it isn't imminent. Four, they up-charge parts well above mrsp (would be fine if they made me feel safe and secure about everything else). I called and asked about the 100% up charge and the response was as follows, "They need to make a profit" ." Keep in mind this is not an industry Im familiar with so maybe thats the status quo when it comes to up charging parts. Not my first choice when it comes to repair shops. They also didnt get my car done within the time frame they told me they would. I had to arrange transportation to work and then to the shop afterward. Im a franklin girl and recommend Gateway or Moody's. They're honest and do the job and have kept my trust since I was 16 years old. This place gets a lot of customers. They're busy. If you're desperate like I was use them. Your car will be fine... Probably.... But is that how you want to feel about the work you got done on your car? Take their advice with a grain of salt and get their recommendations checked out by your local guy you trust.

I can't remember the staff person's name, but he's been very friendly the two times I've been. He's gotten me in and out within a hour and a half, which I greatly appreciate.

They did fast, honest, effecient work. Very nice guys at this shop. Maybe have them put like a coffee machine or something there for when people have to wait extended times.

The Firestone in Gallatin on Main Street has helped me out numerous times. For me it's very convenient as I work just off the square. They get the job done and keep me informed of progress.I am very happy to have them available to me.
